If you are not sure how many calories you should eat per day.
The rule of thumb is 12 calories per 1 pound of your body weight. Multiply. It takes 3,500 calories to burn off 1 pound of fat so you can take a caloric deficit and subtract 500 a day from your total.
RECIPE of the day:
BREAKFAST PIZZA (I like this one for lunch or dinner):
1 large whole egg
1/4 cup fat-free mozzarella
1/4 whole-wheat pizza crust
2 slices extra lean turkey bacon

Does this go for if you want to lose weight? Cause of I multiply my current weight by 12 I need to take in 1656 calories a day. That seems like a lot.
ReplyDeleteI know mine does too, however I'm super active so I burn it off quick and it fuels me big time, I tell folks that they can subtract 500 to 700 calories off of that number IF they are on a weight loss plan.
ReplyDeleteRemember you EAT to fuel your body
