NEW SMOOTHIE RECIPE

I ran across this recipe and after trying it, I HAD TO SHARE IT WITH YOU!

Coconut Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

4 ounces water
6 ounces unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana cut into chunks
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
4-6 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
